Foster Sneaks Back Into Game, Breaks Off Huge Run
Arian Foster Shreds Titans Defense
Arian Foster was a major factor in the Texans victory over the Titans today. He ran extremely well during the first 3 quarters. He was pulled from the game after he eclipsed the 150 yard mark after breaking off a huge run. Everyone thought Foster would be done for the day. However, when backup running back Jonathan Grimes had to sit out with a minor injury, Foster came back into the game without coaches even knowing. On the very next play he ripped off a huge 90 yard run for a touchdown before returning to the bench, where he would stay for the remainder of the game. The damage had already been done, Foster racked up a total of 241 yards rushing on the day. In a show of good sportsmanship the Texans did not run the ball for the rest of the game. Instead, they elected to throw short passes to keep the clock moving. “I think we ran the ball enough today,” coach Moses said.
