GM Rick Smith Fired

Rick Smith was fired earlier today.  There was rumor of tension between Moses and Smith. After the new head coach was granted power over player-personnel, many speculated that Smith was on the hot seat. However, nobody could have guessed that this was the timetable. Walter Moses apparently has more power in Houston than even previously thought.  With Smith out of the picture it appears that Moses has 100% control of the direction of the franchise.
