Chiefs defeat Broncos 13-10 in OT
Hail To The Chiefs
In a defensive battle, it was the chiefs that ultimately came out on top. The chiefs and MVP Jamaal Charles couldn’t get much going early, but came on just in time to send the game into OT.
Chiefs defense returned to form forcing 4 turnovers, holding the Broncos offense to 10 points and keeping the team alive…

Patrick Willis showed why he's the best ever at that inside back position. 52 had an INT, 8 tackles( 3 for loss) & a forced fumble

After going to overtime, the game ultimately came down to a Cheifs defensive stand on a Denver 4th down attempt. There was some controversy on twitter about Denver’s decision to go for it on 4th down.
@NEFL_Broncos I didnt know the 4th down rule changed in the playoffs. Bend em how u like i guess

Hey, I say it’s the playoffs. And OT in a must win game? Sounds like four down territory to me. Doesn’t really matter though, the Chiefs prevailed in spite of the controversy. They move on to the semifinal round.
